Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed before you place your order at the shopping cart checkout. The cost is determined according to the weight of the package.

We ship using the Australia Post Registered Post Parcel and Express POST Parcel service in the paper based tough bag, as we prefer to limit the use of plastic satchels.

Due to the size of Australia and the remoteness of some destinations, shipping costs are calculated in multiples of 500 gram. This provides a cost effective and secure delivery service for your purchase.

Orders are processed by our team from Monday to Friday, except during Australian calendar holidays, or as notified on the XSProject Shop page. Orders placed online are shipped out on the same day or on the following day.
